Stars Archery opens in 1Borneo

I have never heard of Stars Archery before till I bumped into it while doing my christmas shopping. Look at the crowd. This place was packed! Stars Archery is an indoor archery range with aircondition. Apparently they have been open for sometime with outlets in West Malaysia .

If your totally new to archery, not to worry. You can see the picture below that there are onsite instructors(red and white shirt) to teach you how to hold the bow and aim properly. Everyone from different age groups all had a try at being Robin Hood. Its great to see that there is a company that brings archery to the casual level.
Isn't Archery expensive? not here. RM9 gets you 12 arrows inclusive of bows and those stuff you gotta wear on your arms. With bowling I gotta pay extra for shoes.. hmph. It gets cheaper when you purchase more arrows. So it works great if you come in a group of 4.

Well I didn't get a chance to have a shot today, the place was rather crowded and I had a lot of errands to run. Will definately give this place a go once I gather a bunch of robinhood wannabe's.

PAP Authentication Failed

Had a powercut recently and suddenly I am unable to connect to streamyx. Checking the modem logs, I found that there was this error:

PAP Authentication Failed

If this occurs to you, you have to call up customer service and ask them to reset your port. Streamyx allows only one connection at a time. Since the power cut somehow my session just hangs there on the streamyx servers.

Anyhow, I was unable to contact the customer service (phoneline always engaged) so I had to wait till my old session timesout then I am able to reconnect.

Sabah Power Rationing

Have you been experiencing power cuts every few days? Well.. I've been getting cut at Penampang every alternate day. After further googling, I found out that some engine mati at the power plant and now we have to ration our power. Worse thing is that this will last till June. The sun so hot and no power, sure to be roasted. People who work from home will be char grilled!

Dentist Dr Roland Chia loves to overcharge

Had a friend that went to this dentist recently, Dr Roland Chia in Lido. He practices in his own clinic opposite Milimewa and in Dr Cecilia's clinic. The charge for a tooth filling? RM95!! i can understand if its a complicated procedure or a large filling, but for a tiny little filling how can you charge so much. And as if this wasn't bad enough, there was a consultation fee of RM25 on top of that. Really ridiculous.

Anyway, this is just a warning to anyone visiting this ripoff dentist. If you do have to drop by there. Ask for Dr Natasha, she's a lot more ethical in her fees.
